Mary Jane is an executive coach, group facilitator and business strategist who helps her clients define and implement their intentions and goals with clarity and integrity. She draws from her extensive experience as Client Relations Director for Perkins Coie, the Northwest’s largest law firm; as Northwest Marketing Director of Arthur Andersen and Accenture; and as Client Service Manager for advertising and public relations agencies including The Rockey Company and Borders Perrin and Norrander. Currently, Mary Jane is the co-leader of the Seattle and Bellevue Chapters of the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), www.womenpresidentsorg.com.WPO is an international peer advisory organization for women presidents, CEOs and business owners who run companies with annual revenues greater than $2 million in the product sector and $1 million in annual revenues for service companies.

During her career, Mary Jane has developed and implemented professional training programs, created Client Satisfaction Programs, produced results-driven business development programs, established successful proposal and presentation systems, and facilitated proactive marketing programs including advertising, public relations and media relations. She pulls this knowledge and experience into coaching relationships when appropriate for client growth.

With a BA from The Ohio State University School of Journalism, Mary Jane has continued her education to earn a certification in professional coaching (CPC) from The Academy for Coach Training with additional course work from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Mary Jane is also recognized as part of the Leader to Leader Institute Facilitator Network as a certified facilitator of Peter Drucker’s “The Five Most Important Questions” Assessment Tool. This training augments her years of experience coaching teams and individuals in the corporate arena.

Mary Jane is an active member of her professional and personal communities. She is a member of The International Coach Federation, a past Board member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Volunteers of America, and Public Relations Society of America.

In addition to her business activities, Mary Jane is the co-CEO of her family which includes engineer/entrepreneur husband Dave, two daughters, a goofy labradoodle named Ringo and a mutt named Ella. Together they are prone to adventure and international travel, having spent a year sabbatical in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia which supported Mary Jane in gaining perspective and inner knowledge.
